Try Lowell Dingus' new book _The Mistaken Extinction: The Evolution of
Dinosaurs and the Origins of Birds_  It looks good.  I haven't seen it yet
(yet being the key word, because I'll be doing a similar lecture next
semester for an Ornithology class).  From what I've heard it sounds pretty
