Number of cervical vertebrae of _Mamenchisaurus_

Anyone knows the true number of cervical vertebrae of _Mamenchisaurus_
?

_Mamenchisaurus_ had longest neck and many books indicate the number
of its neck bones was 19.  Recently, however, I heard it's 18.  

Which is correct ?
