Right off, I don't recall where I got the figures on Kronosaurus. I'll find
the ref. and post it. However, Romer (1966) gives "more than 40 feet" and THE
MACMILLAN ILLUSTRATED ENCYCLOPEDIA OF DINOSAURS AND PREHISTORIC ANIMALS
(Dixon, Cox, Savage, Gardiner 1988) gives "42 ft." I do suspect that
Kronosaurus might be one of those animals like Carcharodon megalodon, subject
to inflation...
