That's easy.  The one that costs $100.  Another thing.  The one by Currie
& Padien, entitled _Encylopedia of Dinosaurs_ (the $100 one) is published
by Academic Press.  They probably can be reached at
http://www.apnet.com/dinosaur/ or cbrabants@acad.com
