Clearly the ship was put on autopilot before the crew was eliminated. Also,
who says the _T. rex_ was the >only< dino that made it aboard the ship?
Perhaps a "velociraptor" or two jumped aboard, finished off the crew, then
fell overboard in a squabble over the remains. It's a stretch, though...
