Hadrosaur defence MCCXXXVIII

Could hadrosaurs like Maiasaura, Lophorhoton, Gryposaurus and 
Brachylophosaurus have used head-buttings as a defence, or to fight 
another of the same species...they has got very robust skulls. Maiasaura 
even shows small horn-like "things" on it's skull.
It's just something which flew through my mind.....
(hard to imagine the nice Maiasaura fighting)
