Would someone be kind enough to clarify the "cast of characters" here?

Who is "Summers?"  I've not seen any information about this "being"
other than in the name of the theory?

Who is is Brittany Fredericks? Is this person's gender indeed female? Is
there any specific information on this individual's actual credentials?

Is there an actual publisher for this project? Is it a mainstream
publisher? Or is this a vanity press undertaking?
