A Sincere Apology

I made a mistake out of my own personal ignorance yesterday.I am new to
e-mail (yes I am finally joining the "information age").My last response
was meant for a private message to Wes, and I had NO intention of it
ever reaching the list at large.I agree completely with the criticism it
has drawn.I have ,through the archives, followed the discussions here
for a long time and I have seen this kind of flaming cause
disruption.After a week that I won't even go into,I was more than a
little "touchy" and should have kept my head and not said
anything.Excuses, excuses, I know but I am ashamed and I offer my
apologies to all concerned.This list was set up for informed
paleontological discussion,and has become a great place to share
halformed ideas and hopefully receive gentle correction when needed.So
without wasting anymore space on this, let's return to free speculation
