new refs

Well, I've been out of town for a while, so I'm a bit behind.
Unfortunately, I was not out of town in order to play in the dirt this
year, but rather to install a new air conditioner at my parents' house.
What a thrilling summer...

Anyway, I've got quite a few new refs here. I'll send out the abstracts as
I find them. If someone (anyone!) out there finds them first, do please
send them along!
