State fossils

To people in states without either state fossils or state dinosaurs:
If you were to propose a fossil and/or dino for your state, what would it
be? I'm working on an education project that asks students to identify what
they think a logical fossil/dino for their state would be, and I'd like to
hear from the professionals. A simple response, such as
state name: proposed fossil: and/or proposed dinosaur:
would be fine. But it would be nice to know why you've chosen that one
(perhaps because found in abundance somewhere in your state or first found
there, etc.)
