And a minority of the Hominidae at that, thanks to the more elightened view
that there is really no good reason to separate ourselves from the other
great apes at the family level. Of course, even if we wanted to do so, we
are so deeply nested within the great ape clade that to avoid paraphyly we
would have to erect a Panidae for the chimps and a Gorillidae for the gorilla
and leave only the orangs in Pongidae!
