More Jurassic Park Merchandising
Hello All,
In case you missed it, there is a new Jurassic Park edition of the cereal
Cinnamon Toast Crunch. It comes with what looks like Eubrontes footprint on
the cereal (well, I'm from CT!?). But the question I have is the 'Footprint
Facts' on the back of the box. They say that footprints were found in
Arizona of a '20 pound' dinosaur that are 12 feet apart(!). Adding that a
speed of 40 mph was calculated. What I envision is this tiny body and
really long legs ;), but what is the real story here? Anybody know?
Also the Lost World toy collection has a motorized triceratops
(non-sprawling gait). One button make is walk forward (rubber skin over
plastic frame) and another makes the creature emit a sour moan. Upon
examination, the speaker is located between the back legs and under the
tail. Which makes one suspect that they took seriously the idea of
fermenting large quantities of vegatable matter and the result atmosphere
was very fragrant.....;)
