In Ankylosaurs (when not crushed) The scap corocoid is strongly arched. 
Fitting it over the barrel-shaped rib cage, it can be seen to be very 
limited in how much it could rotate. Given the short legs and heavy 
armor in ankylosaurs, I doubt seriously that they moved very fast ever.
