In my humble estimation, Ron wasn't referring to artists posting
messages, but, rather, messages posted *concerning* dinosaur art --
specifically, dinosaur sculpture/models vs. dinosaur illustrations.

I read his post and winced, because I myself have posted several
messages concerning sculptures but never anything concerning
paintings/sketches. The models are my personal preference; only a
handful of list-people share my interest in dinosaur modeling, so you
could question the relevance of my posts. But everybody is
interested in the illustrations (often passionately -- vehemently --
interested!).

Maybe you artists can balance me out!

Larry

I'm not interested in how dinosaurs lived
I'm just glad they're dead
