I am very pleased to announce that special effects master Ray Harryhausen
will be the Media Guest of Honor at JurassiCon, the Southeastern Dinosaur
Convention (Atlanta, June 5-7, 1998)

I believe almost every dinosaur enthusiast to be familiar with the films
of Mr. Harryhausen, including "The Beast from 20,000 Fathoms", "The
Valley of Gwangi" and  "One Million Years B.C."  His amazing stop-motion
effects can also be seen in a myriad of fantasy films, including "Jason
and the Argonauts", "The Golden Voyage of Sinbad," and "Clash of the
Titans". All of us here at JurassiCon are very excited about Ray's
appearance at our event.
