Thanks to Brian Franczak for a most interesting second post; I, too, am
composing on-line, not writing a book, and I hope no one interpreted my
hasty comments as overextending my limited knowledge of the subject, or
overstating my own certainty. Brian's courtesy and erudition are a fine
example to follow.
