    There is a problem in assembling our present Moon, which is some
2000 miles in diameter, from the remains of two much tinier, 15-mile
diameter ones.  The energy of impact of one of the smaller moons with
Earth, is not enough to re-orbit more than one small-moon-mass of
Earth material, so that is no fix.  Thus the present Moon is about a
million times bigger (in mass and volume) than your theory can account
for...
