Agreed. Actually, I looked back through the most recent Geological
Enterprises catalogue (which still had the _Acrocanthosaurus_ skeleton
listed) and the price tag included a "complete mounted cast," so perhaps the
fossil itself will be kept unmounted and accessible to researchers.
