As a museum professional, I found Darren's lab and field updates to be
very interesting and informative. They were always well written, without
fluff or pretension.  More importantly, they were a tangible form of
REAL "outreach" to a significant "community". They shed a very positive
light on The Royal Tyrrell Museum.

Btw, I think the theme for this year's American Association of Museums
annual conference was "Communities and Outreach"( or something like
that)...how soon we forget!
