Book on Mesozoic Vertebrates

For all who might be interested:

IN THE SHADOW OF THE DINOSAURS: EARLY MESOZOIC VERTEBRATES is finally
out in softcover.  I have my new copy right here, fresh from
Amazon.com.  It's the same as the hardcover version except for the cover
and the price, which is a much more affordable $39.95 as opposed to the
$89 that the hardcover cost.  

This book is a collection of papers on the forgotten vertebrates of the
Early Mesozoic: amphibians, reptiles, nondinosaur archosaurs,
therapsids, and early mammals.  Dinosaurs get most of the Mesozoic
press, but these critters are just as fascinating.  The book is divided
into three sections: phylogeny, faunal assemblages, and faunal changes. 
So far I've barely had time to do more than glance through out, but what
I've seen looks worth every penny.  These papers really do fill in a
gaping hole in the study of Early Mesozoic vertebrates.
