Yet another question from our favorite foot fetishist

     I have to direct another question to any members of the intersection 
     of two sets, one of those sets being folks who read Russian, the other 
     folks who have a copy of Kurochkin's 1981 paper on extinct gruiforms.
     
     
     In figures 8, 13, and 18, is it digit III that is being illustrated?  
     And digit IV in figure 19?
