References on Tyrannosaurids with illustrations

We have some tyrannosaurid limb material from this years Hell Creek dig.
Some material is no doubt tyrannosaurid. We have other limb material we are
trying to identify but cannot find a good, reference that clearly
illustrates individual limb bones from several viewpoints. Does such a
reference exist. I looked at Osborn's 05-13 references but he does not have
much of what we need. I don't have ready access to Canadian references I
see in some of Tom' Holtz's papers on the tyrannosaurs (my source of
references). But if Tom or some other person on the list could direct me
towards any pubs that might have good illustrations of tyrannosaurids I
would greatly appreciate it Does Russells 1970 paper have any good
illustrations? Or some of the Albertosaurus references I see in Tom's
paper?  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
