Egg-layers??

So, does this mean that "egg-laying" is in the definition of a dinosaur? Do we 
assume that large sauropods also layed eggs? I can't imagine this at all. 
Someone please clarify.

P.S. Was this egg-eating by mammals (or whatever) extinction thread originally 
posed to explain JUST dinosaur extinction and leave the others to perish from a 
different cause? If not, why are we talking about it for days now when the 
valid 
arguments have been made regarding sea creature extinctions, isolated areas, 
etc. that would make this argument MORE than a little too narrow in scope. Like 
the disease theory.
