Dinosaur Eggs

I hope all of you have seen the excellent article in the National
Geographic about dinosaur eggs. It is shocking that those folks in the
west that havemade a business of collecting, albeit legally, Chinese dino
eggs are selling them to private collectors for hundreds of dollars. I
hope all eggs are Xrayed or CAT scanned (would MRI do any good if the egg
were soakred in some proton rich substance like water) before sale on the
chance of a well developed embryo inside.
The issue is May 1996 ansd the photos of eggs and embryos are
superb.
