Tsingtao aka Qingdao (Re: Tsin(g)taosaurus.)
A few minutes with Net Search (in Netscape) yields the following
information: The city in China which provides the name for
Tsin(g)taosaurus and Tsingtao beer is also known as Qingdao, in
what I presume to be the "new" spelling used by the current
Chinese government.
A search on "Tsingtao" turns up 7 references, e.g., to the beer, to
the ITI World Investment Group, and to a list of rail and trolleybus
transit cities.
A search on "Qingdao" turns up 20 references to a tour in Shandong, to
a list of rail and trolleybus transit cities (those train buffs are
thorough!), to Chinese soccer, and to Chinese geography, businesses,
and scientific institutes.
Asearch on "Tsintao" turns up no references at all.
Conclusion: There aren't enough references to current dinosaur
news on the Internet. (This mailing list doesn't get indexed!)
