Dinosaur resting traces

While discussing dinosaur stances Bonnie Blackwell asked of dinosaur
resting traces were know. Yes. Perhaps the most common are the
squatting traces of the ichnogenus Anomoepus from early Jurassic
redbeds in New England (usually attributed to small ornithopod
dinosaruss). These squatting traces typically show metapodial
segments, forleg or forefoot impressions, and often underside
impressions as well--apparently the animals would just sit or squat
down like a dog at times.
