As of the last I heard, this was the curent concensus.

The tail spikes appear to have been angled out a great deal, and the
dinosaur apaprently had armor over its throat as well.

Good for you.  Most ornithischian dinosaurs had cheeks.

If I remember correctly, they form the throat armor.
