RE: BIRD CAME...WHEN?
Though it might simply be a matter of region, wouldn't
the fact that several Archaeopteryx, and nothing but
Archaeopteryx, have been found in the Jurrasic indicate
that there was a low diversity in (for want of a better
term) bird-like birds?
Is the BCF theory basically that "birds" consisted of
tree-climbing, non-flying dinosaurs who gradually
diverge into ground-dwelling theropods and flying
birds? In other words, that there is a whole group
of root-stock small birdlike dinosaur yet undiscovered?
