Removing segnosaurs from Theropoda

It occurred to me as I was rereading and filing this posting that phytosaurs
are related to crocodylians almost exactly the same way that prosauropods are
related to segnosaurs (as I see them): the former is a sister group of a
larger clade including the latter. Coincidence?
