September T Rex Gala in Berkeley
Hi all,
I just recieved an invitation in the mail for UC Berkeley's grand opening
of their new life-size T Rex mount. I called the very nice person at the
info number, and asked if it was all right with them to post the info here,
so everyone on the list would be aware of it. (She said, sure!)
So here goes.
(what follows was on the invitation)
Friday, September 15 6-9pm
A SNEAK PREVIEW-A special event for participants in our "Own a Piece of The
Rex" campaign. All donors will get a first introduction to UCMP's
Tyrannosaurus rex.
Saturday, September 2-6pm
MEET T REX-Student winners of the essay, story and drawing contests will be
honored this afternoon. Students will present their winning entries, meet

I'm not affiliated with them, and this is all I've recieved so far on it, so
any additional questions point their way, not mine. Thanks to the list for
this brief venture into educational capitalism.
