TDSI in Canada?

  I don't know if there's a `Dinosaur Society of Canada'.  I never
  heard of `The Dinosaur Society' until I joined this list.  I was
  thinking of joining the one based in the United States.

  is impossible to find poor dinosaur models in your own country???

  I myself was appalled to see the ones currently being sold in the
  gift shop of the Royal Tyrrell Museum of Paleontology in Drumheller,
  Alberta.  If anyone should have good ones (and shun bad ones) I'd
  expect the RTMP to!  They used to have an extensive line of the
  British Museum models, which were pretty good, but the current ones
  on sale are fat old tail-draggers :-(
  
  I found a few of the new and excellent Battat/Chicago Museum models
  at the gift shop of the Calgary Zoo just about a month ago.
  
  Locating good dinosaur models must be just like finding fossils, not
  only do you have to be in a likely place to find them, you must also
  be lucky that not too many dino-fanatics have been there before you!
