I forgot to mention the Deinonychus or large velociraptorid, which is
coloured like a cheetah. The Calgary Zoo shop did not have representatives
of all models, so I have to guess from the picture.
I sure hope the Tyrrell Museum gift shop starts stocking this line of dinos.
They used to have the British museum models which were pretty good, if a bit
dated, but their current ones are really pathetic (chunky no-name models,
brightly painted but anatomically bogus).
In defense of the RTMP, perhaps it's hard to get a secure supply of the
good models, and they ordered the bogus ones to at least have something.
I would rather they maintained a higher standard!
