Not (quite) so fast there - some reputable paleontologists, including Paul
Sereno, suggested an ornithischian-sauropodomorph clade to the exclusion of
theropods during the 1970s and 1980s.  Granted, no one has taken such a
clade seriously since about 1987, but this isn't just a case of Buffalo
Bob's contentiousness.
