Yes, this dinosaur is described by Bakker in the journal "Hunteria" 
1994.  The dinosaur is a very large carnivore similar to Torvosaurus, and 
may prove to be Torvosaurus as more material is described.  The article 
indicated that theropods of the late Jurassic/early Cretaceous show 
cyclic development toward gigantism.  Very large allosaurs reaching 
tyrannosaur sizes.  I will try to find the article and provide you with 
more detail information.
