RE:speculation/testability - Bergquist
In order to avoid turning the issue of speculation/testability into a
flame war, I publicly appologize to Mr. Lars Bergquist for upsetting him
so as evidenced by his posting today. Evidently my comments about
Popper made him feel that I was hitting him over the head with my
chair. If anyone else felt that way also, I apologize to you as
well.
Mr. Bergquist's comment "Well-reasoned argument is what cuts ice..." is
a good one and I assumed that is what I was doing by discussing that
there is much in palebehavioral studies that cannot be tested.
Apparently Mr. Bergquist feels that I failed to do so. Oh, well... I
tried. On to other fun discussions....
