Dino-Scent

Dear Board,
                   I am doing some education workshops for a 'Scent' 
Exhibition that is coming to Glasgow, and as my main educational 
work up until now has been teaching on dinosaurs, I've this 
overwhelming urge to get something related to these animals into the 
workshops.  Could anyone suggest any references/ information on 
dinosaur olfactory abilities?  (Most of it the information out there may 
well fall into the category of 'untestable speculation', but, hey, I'm not 
too fussy....)
                   I would also be very interested in creating a 
'dino-pheromone experience', based on our current knowledge of their 
ancestry and descendants......Any recommendations re any 
appropriate pungent avians (ooops!-- -- let's just make it 'birds', shall 
we...)
          Any help most gratefully appreciated......
