Triceratops species

I have been thinking a little bit about Forster's conclusion
that there are three species of Triceratops.  [And this weekend
I hope to look at the journal citations on that issue].

However, one thing that I am interested in is how Forster's
results compare to the discussion by Lehman in "Dinosaur
Systematics".  In that article he proposes that Triceratops
specimens can be placed in two or three morphological series:
horridus-brevicornis-prorsus
calicornus-elatus
and perhaps
hatcheri-obtusus

Now my question is, how are these forms distributed between
horridus and hatcheri by Forster?  Also, does Forster take sexual
dimorphism into account?
