Does Olshevsky's paper in the Japanese journal really meet this
requirement?

That is does it really specifiy the purported differences between
his new genus and Tyrannosaurus/Tarbosaurus?  Or at least refer
to some other such description?

This can be the trickiest one to meet.  [Though Greg Paul managed
it quite well in Predatory Dinosaurs ...].
