How does del-14 C as an indicator of the voluminous Deccan Traps flood basalts
compare with the popularized iridium layer?  Can stable isotopes like
del-14 carbon provide good evidence from paleoenvrionments?  This debate
may be the best evaluation of the accuracy with which we can interpret
earth history.
