Last time I heard, Rioarribasaurus is the name proposed for the 
small theropods found on or near the Ghost Ranch Quarry, New Mexico.  
Coelophysis is still valid, although the type material is not very good.
The debate continues...
As for myself, I hope they continue to use both names.  Rioarribasaurus 
is based on many, good specimens (juveniles and adults) and should be 
used for Ghost Ranch theropods exclusively. Outside of the Ghost Ranch
Coelophysis should be used.
That's my opinion...
