new ref

Another neat new reference that just came out is a pretty general discussion
of dinos within a more global biodiversity context by Dale Russell, which means
there some for me to agree with, some to disagree with, but it's all elegantly
put and nice to read.

Russell, Dale A. Dinosaurs through 175 million years. Global Biodiversity
    (Candian Museum of Nature) 3(4):8-12.

By the way, I've started posting the new refs that have been coming through
the SI library system. Is this a good thing to continue or should I just
not clog up the list? I guess it would be best to e-mail me directly and
I'll let the list know the results.
