Metatarsal V
In "The Dinosauria" figures 4-2 B, 12-6 A, 15-8 G~L, and 18-2 G;
the pedes of _Herrerasaurus_, _Deinonychus_, _Anchisaurus_,
_Sellosaurus_, _Yunnanosaurus_, _Blikanosaurus_, _Riojasaurus_,
and _Segnosaurus_ respectively. These show that Metatarsal V was
fairly long and robust in Herrerasaurs and stayed long, but became
more gracile in later theropods; whereas it became very short and
robust in prosauropods and segnosaurs.
