AMNH in the field
I just heard from a source not to be named who was in Mongolia recently
that the AMNH is having a great field season with the ever present
Protoceratops (the rat of the Upper K), Oviraptor and Velociraptor stuff
coming out and apparently some good ankylosaur skeletal material. Bet
it'll be another wonderful talk(s) at SVP this year.
Also just saw pictures of the Cryolophosaurus skull. Realllly strange
beastie that one.
Also heard the test price being floated for Sue is $20 million. Yikes....
