As I understand it, big bones fossilise more easily than little ones,
therefore fossilised juveniles will be much rarer than adults.
Or maybe dinosaurs had a very low mortality rate, once young had hatched?
Alien abductions?
I've got it, dinosaurs hatched from their eggs, fully grown! There, problem
solved.
