reference, please

I read something on this list in the last week or so which included a 
mention of some work done in china on eggs and eggshells, which included 
a reference. I think it was from Raplh Chapman.  I tried to save it for 
the reference, but I stuffed up and deleted it instead.  If somebody 
still has the original email, could they post it up (Ralph?).
