New dino magazine

The November issue of _Earth_ plopped onto my desk the other day. The 
back cover shows an advertisement for what appears to be a new magazine 
targeted for children ("...of every age....") called _Dinosaurus_. It 
says the premiere issue is to have an official publication date of 
October 8, 1994. Does anyone know anything further about this piece?
1) At what grade level is it written?
2) What are some of its regular features?
3) Who is the editor?
4) With what authorities is the editor working so it will not pass along
   more outdated information?
5) Etc.?
