The dinosaur? you are referring to is Bruhathkayosaurus (pronounced: 
broo-hath-kay-oh-SORE-us) meaning "huge body lizard.  It is based on very 
fragmented material all of which may or may not be dinosaurian.  If the 
femur is theropod (probably not) it would be extremely large.  The 
dinosaur is considered at best questionable until more material is 
found.  It lived in the late Cretaceous, of India, and is probably 
related to Carnotaurus.
