Museum addresses

Hi folks:

        A friend of mine is working on a list of the major museums in
Canada and the northeastern US (and some others). What we need are the
complete addresses (and phone numbers, if possible) of these institutions.
Here they are:

-Field Museum of Natural History, Chicago
-Cleveland Museum of Natural History
-Dinosaur State Park, Connecticut
-Museum of Comparative Zoology, Cambridge
-the one in Princeton, NJ (sorry, I don't remember the name)

In Canada:
-Provincial Museum of Alberta, Edmonton

Plus, we need addresses for natural history museums in British Columbia
(if there are any).
I know someone posted the address for the Dinosaur Society a while back.
Would it be possible to have it again (sorry for the repetition)?
