Bloody dinosaur bones
Sorry about the gruesome subject line...
In relation to our expectations as to whether or not we should expect
to find nucleated erythrocytes in a T. rex, Phillip Bigelow

A friend of mine told me about a book that's supposed to be quite good
with respect to questions like this. The book was published by
Springer-Verlag, written by I. Nikinmaa, and is entitled _Vertebrate
Red Blood Cells_.
And with relation to the recent claim of preserved dinosaurian DNA,
KAREN E RICHARDSON <K.E.Richardson@greenwich.ac.uk> asks:
: COULD SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME THE FULL REFERENCE FOR THE ARTICLE IN
: SCIENCE BY DR. S R WOODWARD.
It's not in any of the issues that I currently have, so I expect to
find it in the issue dated Nov. 18th. Be patient--I'll write about it
next week if nobody else beats me to it.
