Yes, but mostly only as a last resort, when cornered or surrounded.
They all prefer to run away if possible.
I think it is claer that the ceratopsians *did* use their horns
for intraspecific fighting, much like modern deer and antelope,
but a defensive use is also likely at need.
This is mostly a matter of "do anything you can to stay alive".
If the horns are there, and could be used for defense, then they
*will* be so used, at least when cornered.
